Spain is a food-lover's paradise and offers such a rich palette of inspiration to draw from when I’m cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Andalucía produces the best sherry and olive oil; Valencia is famous for its rice dishes like Paella; Murcia grows amazing vegetables and Pais Vasco is the place for seafood and tapas. The menus I have created for The Spanish Cookaway epitomize the colourful character of Spanish culture. They are loud, vibrant and bursting with flavour. Enjoy!

my story

I was sixteen when I took my first job working for the only Michelin starred kitchen in Birmingham and in 2011, aged 22, I became the youngest ever finalist on MasterChef the Professionals in the UK. Having lived and worked in Spain for many years, my cooking is influenced by specialties from across the country, always making the most of the vibrant local ingredients. Food is my life and I love seeing people’s reactions to my creations. I’ll always be looking for new and inventive ways to push the boundaries with cooking.
